Cocoa-Nut Bananas
When I heard of this program I was at first very skeptical. It promises complete weight loss of body fat, but guarantees increased energy, health and vitality!

So obviously I thought what makes this program any different than all the other weight loss programs on the market?
Well, The Diet Solution Program was designed by Isabelle De Los Rios for people who have struggled with their weight their whole life and are sick and tired of programs that just don’t work long term and for people who want to reverse health conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol and heart disease.

The program actually teaches you how you can make this healthy way of eating into a lifestyle so you enjoy eating food and still lose weight!

Isabel is a nutrition and exercise specialist with 10 years experience in coaching clients to their ideal weight and tackling conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and high cholesterol. She herself had personal weight struggles. This together with her mother’s severe diabetes led her to search for the BEST nutrition information available today. The Diet Solution Program is a result of her 15 year study and research.
She, unlike other “health experts”, provides her readers with truth: the facts most people have never taken the time to research, read and decipher.
In fact, Isabel’s articles are pretty radical when it comes to her nutrition principles which is why her approach works when main-stream nutrition fails.
Clients who used this program have had decreases in blood sugar levels, lowered cholesterol, increased energy, elimination of digestive discomfort and cleared skin conditions.
This is because her program involves:
  • Step by step action telling you exactly how to put the principles in place
  • Detailed daily meal plans that make everyday eating easy
  • Shopping Lists to make food shopping a snap
  • Delicious Recipes to make everyday meals tasty (some recipes below)

The manual is comprehensive but you don’t need to go through the whole thing before you can start. You can use Isabel’s Quick Start Guide to start the program ASAP. Some people have just used the quick start guide and lost 10-15lbs in a little as 6 weeks. Of course some effort is required by you but if you’re in the slightest bit curious, I recommend you look closely at Isabel’s program.
I rate this program with a thumbs up. In addition the program has a 60 day money back guarantee so what have you to lose? To find out more check below.

4 tilapia filets (will most likely have leftovers)

Salad Directions
Lay a bed of lettuce on your plate. Add the vegetables, tilapia, and the garlic pieces (from cooking the tilapia – they should be nice and dark brown). Sprinkle the flax seeds, add your dressing, and enjoy!
